🔵 Animoca Brands and Maelstrom Fund are among the investors backing Bio Protocol to advance science using AI and crypto. Bio Protocol received $6.9 million and fits the Decentralized Science (DeSci) label. Learn more about DeSci in the guide we've written earlier.

🟦 Interoperability protocol Wormhole has revamped its tokenomics, while also announcing a $W reserve. Staking $W will get users a 4% base yield. After the news hit, $W pumped 35% in value. The token reached its highest point in 6 months, now valued at $0.119.

🔷 Despite a downturn during the summer, Pump.fun is once again turning heads. Late July the memecoin launchpad only did like $5.2 million in volume per day. Now we're approaching $50 million in volume per day. Every day 300,000 up to 500,000 unique wallets utilize the platform. Its newly launched live streaming feature plays a role in this renewed success.

🔵 OP Mainnet, the flagship chain from Optimism, has seen a serious uptick in volume, up 104% in the past 7 days. Dapps volume now exceeds $431 million. The biggest contributors are Uniswap V3, Jumper Exchange and ODOS. Uniswap V3 saw its volume increase by 179% to $321.5 million, making it the biggest contributor to the growth on OP Mainnet.

🟦 Pixelverse wants to grow its audience, and therefore the tap-to-earn Telegram app will expand. They will now bring games to Base and Farcaster, starting with Storychain. This is an AI-agent led game with a focus on storytelling through social media.

🔷 Crypto investor and key opinion leader SeedPhrase has acquired Wolf Game from Pixel Vault. Pixel Vault is closing its doors, and SeedPhrase announced that he acquired the project for an undisclosed sum. Wolf Game became a popular game during the 2021 boom, but lost its relevance over the years. Wolf Game will migrate to Abstract to provide a better game experience.

🔵 Trading card game Parallel has announced its third expansion set; Deception. The expansion will introduce 90 new cards, and half of the collector packs will go to the community for free. Deception should launch at the end of this month. With the previous expansion, a card pack cost 11 $PRIME, but no price has been revealed this time around. The token went up 5% after the news hit the market.

Amidst this growth, various DeFi platforms are seeing serious growth, including Velodrome and Sonus Exchange. However, we want to highlight Sake Finance,, which has seen 125% growth in volume, and 146% growth in active wallets. The number of transactions increased 351%, suggesting a serious growth in user engagement.
