Trump-linked Strive files for 'Bitcoin Bond' ETF


Strive, an asset manager founded by Vivek Ramaswamy, has asked United States regulators for permission to list an exchange-traded fund (ETF) investing in convertible bonds issued by MicroStrategy and other corporate Bitcoin buyers, according to a Dec. 26 filing.

The ETF seeks to offer exposure to "Bitcoin Bonds," described as "convertible securities issued by MicroStrategy" or by other companies that plan to "invest all or a significant portion of the proceeds to purchase Bitcoin," according to the filing.

XRP price must reclaim $2.30 to absorb buy wall — Analyst


Since retesting its psychological support at $2 on Dec. 20, XRP has consolidated between $2.40 and $2.13 over the past week, coiling for a breakout in either direction.

While the high-time frame (HTF) structure remains bullish, one analyst explained why the altcoin must close a position above $2.30 in the short term.

KULR Technology launches Bitcoin treasury with $21M purchase


New York Stock Exchange-listed KULR Technology Group has announced the acquisition of 217.18 Bitcoin for approximately $21 million, marking the launch of its Bitcoin treasury.

According to a Dec. 26 announcement, the purchase was made at an average price of $96,556.53 per BTC. KULR said the acquisition is the first of several planned purchases as part of a broader strategy to allocate up to 90% of its surplus cash into Bitcoin.
