What Is Pushing the Market?

What a Comeback!

The crypto market is on fire right now, so you might be thinking about selling some before a correction hits. But keep reading to find out if you should hold on like  a true HODLer for bigger gains  or cash out now.

Sell for gains

The Bitcoin bill is gaining support in the U.S., boosted by Trump's win and the Republican Senate. With  $18–19 billion in federal BTC  holdings and state initiatives like Pennsylvania's reserve act, experts like Adam Back see Bitcoin potentially hitting $1 million.

Bitcoin could hit  $150,000 in 2025 , based on past post-halving rallies. After previous halvings, Bitcoin surged 8,000% in 2012, 2,900% in 2016, and 560% in 2020. A similar rise after the April 2024 halving could bring it to $150K. With a pro-crypto administration and more institutional adoption, Bitcoin looks set to follow its historical pattern.

Bitcoin's current rally may  peak at $100K , similar to 2021 when a bearish divergence led to a 77% drop. If history repeats, it could drop to around $60K, making a 40% correction, which also lines up with a key trendline.
